Our client is a well known North American marketer, manufacturer, and distributor of consumer products with numerous acknowledged brands. Being in the business for more than 100 years and successfully opened their office in Japan in 2008, this worldwide company is expanding their market in Japan.

Job Description

  • Expand new distributions and listing the commodities at specific chain stores to execute the commercialised plan
  • Build the top customer's annual promotion plans by cooperating with the trade marketing team
  • With regards to in-store promotion planning, merchandising and sales forecast of the retail chains, remodel their commercialisation plan based on the brand strategy plan
  • Identify and develop both new and existing trade partners to market the products at targeted doors
  • Along with the trade marketing support, determine the most applicable distribution footprint for retailers and online doors

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree
  • 1-2 years of managing sales team
  • 6+ relevant sales experience within the FMCG industry with major accounts
  • A total of 6-10 years sales, channel and/or brand management experience
  • Ability to work adequately across teams
  • Preferably can communicate in English
