職務内容
- Establish solid business relationship with key clients in targeted industries and giant end users in commercial and industrial segments
- Co-work with our existing distributor to deeply serve existing customers
- Liaise between organisation and the local customers
- Identify new business opportunity and influence decision-making process and close deals
- Work closely with the headquarter and local service team to take care of long-term technical support plans, including setting up knowledge transfer and training programs
- Conduct market intelligence/competition research and organise effective promotion activities
- Other tasks assigned by managers
理想の人材
- Major in automation or engineering or business administration
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing or related roles
- Quick learner and interested in new technology
- Bilingual in English and Japanese
- Good communication, negotiation skills
- Willing to travel for business
