職務内容

Acquire new customers in strategic direct business segments such as hotels, inns, and restaurants, and evolve business with existing customers in the assigned area to achieve agreed sales targets.

  • Sustainable acquisition of new customers based on the field sales team's plans
  • Installation and sales of business-use products (coffee, machines, accessories)
  • Business development through customer life cycle management (deepening relationships with existing customers)
  • Collect and analyse accurate information, share internally and externally, and adhere to sales process compliance (subject to change as per company-defined duties)



理想の人材

  • Education: University degree or higher
  • 10-15 years of working experiences with direct sales experience in the business-use channel
  • PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Direct sales experience in the food service and hotel industries
  • Experience in project management involving other departments
  • Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders, capable of building relationships as a team player
  • Prioritises customer needs and demonstrates a problem-solving attitude
  • Sustained passion and focus on products and brands
  • Proactive in proposing and implementing initiatives rather than waiting for instructions
  • Strong motivation towards achieving goals such as acquiring new customers, with commitment

条件・待遇

  • Compensation: Competitive monthly salary translating to an annual income, determined by experience and skills.
  • Incentives: Biannual bonuses and an annual salary review in April, based on individual and company performance.
  • Allowances: Coverage for commuting expenses and other company-regulated benefits.
