We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to foster healthy relationships with top hospital account and KOLs. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of customer relations, with a knack for identifying opportunities and expanding client base.

Our client is a Bioventure Pharma that specialized in Rare disease. The company has strong global presence and looking to expand and launch numbers of new product in Japan.

職務内容

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients.
  • Identify potential new markets and clients in Rare disease space
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand and anticipate needs.
  • Act as a liaison between key clients and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and manage complaints.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.

理想の人材

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales, Key account management in rare disease area
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
