We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) for our Automotive department, who can build strong client relationships and drive sales strategies within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry in Tokyo.
  • You will be working in flexible/international environment.
  • You will be working for tier1 suppliers in automotive industry.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for key accounts within the Automotive sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Oversee customer support processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Prepare reports on account status and sales results.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities among existing clients.
  • Keep up with trends in the Automotive and Industrial / Manufacturing industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong understanding of the Automotive industry, particularly in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to negotiate and communicate with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
