Job Description

  • Conduct detailed project-based searches within the firm's database and external sources to gather relevant information and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants and external clients to understand their business-related needs and provide tailored recommendations and support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong research and data analysis skills, proficiency in conducting comprehensive searches using databases and online sources.
  • Excellent communication in English and Japanese and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Client-focused mindset, empathy, and understanding of career development principles.
