Job Description

Join a highly motivated and dynamic team responsible to provide first class IT desktop and market data support and services for the Japan office

  • Helpdesk support
  • Deploy IT software and hardware requests
  • Participate in PC-related projects
  • Work closely with IT colleagues Tokyo office as well other locations
  • IT inventory and documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 1 to 3 years of IT desktop experience within a medium to large sized organisation, preferably in the financial industry
  • Preferred technical skills: Windows 7 & 10, MS Office365 Active Directory, general network troubleshooting, telephony systems, Market Data systems
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English language required
  • Team player

** Japanese fresh graduates with business level English language fluency can apply
