Job Description

  • Take ownership of escalated customer issues and bring them to resolution
  • Be responsible for account problems (log-in, ...)
  • Communicate daily with financial professionals
  • Manage several projects at a time
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a native level of Japanese and English
  • You are a fresh graduate or have experience for max. 5 years in customer support
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You have experience handling projects
  • You have a keen interest in FinTech

What's on Offer

  • You will receive a salary up to 5.5M JPY
  • There will be no overtime
  • Work once per month a day in the weekend
  • You will be able to use english up to 50% of the time
