Job Description

You will join a dynamic international team to provide level 1 application support to clients mainly in the financial industry.

  • Takes ownership to ensure seamless and high availability end-to-end support
  • Troubleshooting and incident management
  • Proactive to identify and monitor issues to resolution management
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure solutions to incidents
  • Proper incident tracking, logging and documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 2 to 3 years experience of application support preferably for trading applications
  • Must be bilingual in English and Japanese languages for this client facing role
  • Preferred Basic technical skills: FIX, SQL, Unix, Windows, Programming languages
  • Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast paced environment
  • Self-starter, flexible and interested to learn new technologies/financial knowledge
