職務内容
You will join a dynamic international team to provide level 1 application support to clients mainly in the financial industry.
- Takes ownership to ensure seamless and high availability end-to-end support
- Troubleshooting and incident management
- Proactive to identify and monitor issues to resolution management
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure solutions to incidents
- Proper incident tracking, logging and documentation
理想の人材
- 2 to 3 years experience of application support preferably for trading applications
- Technical skills: Database, SQL, Unix/Linux and basic understanding of middleware technologies i.e. MQ/Solace
- Must be bilingual in English and Japanese languages for this client facing role
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast paced environment
- Self-starter, flexible and interested to learn new technologies/financial knowledge
