Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create market strategies.
  • Work with other teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Track sales performance metrics like revenue, margins, growth, and new customer/product sales.
  • Propose technical solutions to customers and partners to solve their business' needs.
  • Seek out new clients and build long-term partnerships while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Leverage resources and relationships globally to serve local customers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is an advantage
  • Previous experience in fluid solutions or industrial markets
  • Good communication in Japanese and English to work with Japanese customers and global teams
  • Interest in traveling to meet customers and global meetings
  • Ability to work independently and customer-focus mindset
  • Eligible to work in Japan
