Job Description
- Accountable for business performance versus plan in region
- Work closely with all internal department to ensure best results and direct sales
- Develop sales team and drive high performance culture
- Manage and develop relationship with channel partners as well as the execution of sales strategies
- Responsible for entire life cycle management
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Update, and analyse market information and trend
The Successful Applicant
- Sales management experience in B2B Machinery market
- Leadership experience in Japan
- Communication ability in English and Japanese
- Good network with distributors and end users in Japan
- Good presentation and negotiation skill
