- Level 1 help desk support and level 1 hardware/software support.
- Install and update Macintosh/windows-based devices.
- Basic network configuration.
- Experience in helpdesk support or basic network support
- Knowledge of computer systems including Windows and MSOffice
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Salary up to 6.5M yen.
