Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers
  • Work closely with Human Resources department to improve processes and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Promote company's reputation as a great place to work
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition should have:

  • Proficiency in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • IT sector end to end recruitment experience more than 5 Years
  • Business level Japanese & English
