We are looking for a proactive IT Systems Operations Specialist to oversee ERP, and BI/reporting systems while ensuring seamless communication between the Japan office, APAC IT, and France HQ IT.

職務内容

  • ERP Management: Utilize advanced expertise to optimize and troubleshoot Global ERP platforms, ensuring system stability.
  • BI/Reporting Support: Assist users with data integration, analysis, and report creation.
  • Japan Office IT Support: Work closely with internal users and IT teams to resolve system-related issues beyond ERP and BI.
  • Global IT Coordination: Manage system operations, troubleshooting, and escalations with France HQ and APAC IT teams.
  • System Implementation Projects: Act as a project team member and lead progress tracking for global IT initiatives.

  • Fluent Japanese and Business-level English (to collaborate across regions).
  • Background in database engineering, application support, or technical support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused approach to IT support.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
