IT Support Manager

Managed IT support team and assist with troubleshooting and support where needed.
* Assist with hiring, planning, training, general improvement of team
Successful candidate should be very experienced with IT servicedesk or general internal IT support. No experience with airlines or similar technology is required.
Senior IT support candidates without management are welcome to apply but potential as manager is a key criteria. Good communication skills and proactive, problem-solver mentality are absolutely essential.
High level business Japanese (minimum)
Conversational to business English (mainly used for escalations, occasional user support)
Initial offer will be an employment on contract basis for evaluation purposes. If performance meets expectations, candidate is intended to complete conversion process to become permanent employee.
Initial salary of 5.0 - 6.5 million yen / year

Paid overtime at increased rate (anything over 8 hours per day, 40 / month)
