Be the first contact for user enquiries, also be responsible for investigation and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the APAC team for daily operation as well as participation in projects.
Perform user training etc.
Minimum 2 years of IT support / helpdesk working experience.
Fluent in both English and Japan
Good communication skills
Salary up to 7 million based on experience & knowledge
