1. Providing helpdesk support to all levels of staff both face to face and via email/telephone
2. Coordinating with (escalating to) the IT team in Hong Kong.
3. Maintaining IT infrastructure
Prior experience of IT support.
Knowledge towards Microsoft Windows 7&10
Business level of both English and Japanese.
MCDST (Microsoft Certificated Desktop Support Technician) is a plus
Salary 7M yen + Bonus based on experience & knowledge
