Job Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality implementations.
  • Plan, communicate, and track project progress, achieving milestones and maintaining momentum.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation for maximum productivity.
  • Utilize our company's methodology to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Set and manage customer expectations regarding scope, timeline, responsibilities, governance, risk, and readiness.
  • Lead key milestones and deliverables, including project kick-off, status reports, UAT, and project closure.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of workforce management applications consulting and/or project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Projects.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud computing environments is an asset.
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL is a plus.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and sessions.
