職務内容
- This role needs to communicate with business users and resolve both system and operation point of view;
- Investigates, resolves and escalates the problems in SAP sales module;
- Monitors & resolves the problem in SAP IDoc for outbound process & inbound process.
理想の人材
- Implementation experience of designing solutions according to business requirements in SAP logistics modules (SD, MM) - approximately 3-5 years
- Experience to support business user in SAP logistics module(SD, MM)
- Better if knowledge in SAP IDoc, SAP MM & FICO, and also interface system
- Fluent Japanese to communicate with users, English abilities for working with Global team
