Job Description

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless project integration.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the industry and project scope.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
