Job Description

  • Plan and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain documentation and detailed records of project activities and milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within project management workflows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful project manager should have:

  • Experience in managing technology projects with a focus on delivery and quality.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and risks during project execution.
  • Familiarity with the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Proficiency in English; Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
