About Our Client
Our client is a world famous FMCG Company. Their products are sold all over the world, making it one of the leading companies in the market. With their long history of operation and high quality products, they have been continuously growing their revenue and workforce on a global scale.
1. Providing L2 support for stores, (1st level is local vendor)
2. Managing vendor team.
3. Coordinating with the off-shore team with technical problem.
4. Assisting the end-users who are not familiar with the system.
The Successful Applicant
-Prior internal IT support experience.
-Good communication skill. Be able to explain technical details to Second level Support team and use simple terms to explain to the accounting team.
-Always up for solving problems.
-Experience with POS system is a plus.
-Business level English and Native level Japanese
