Job Description

  • Provide Technical Support: Address and resolve IT issues for end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations.
  • Monitor Systems: Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems promptly, providing clear communication throughout the process.
  • Manage Tickets: Operate the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring all requests are logged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an IT support role, any industry is welcomed.
  • Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese, with knowledge in hardware, software, and network systems.
