About Our Client

Found in 1800s, our client is a market leading Pharmaceutical company with wide presence over the globe. They have over 20 subsidiaries in over 50 countries, and they are still expanding their business across medicine, medical services, pharmaceutical consultation etc. They are actively expanding their office in Roppongi and they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the IT support team.

Job Description

The successful candidate would act as the first contact point in the IT support team to conduct the below job duties:

  • Internal IT user support, including PC troubleshooting, PC kitting, account set up, and to provide basic IT training for users
  • Provide both hardware and software support for users
  • Keep track of IT tickets and reports and manage the database
  • Communicate the IT issue with regional support team (L2/3)
  • Ad hoc task

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in Japanese is a must, conversational English is a good plus (optional)
  • 2+ years of relevant IT support
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows 10, Office 365 etc
  • Good communication skill, comfortable and confident speaking to users
