The company established in Japan in the asset management business. They offer a wide range of investment strategies for multiple asset classes, including fixed income, equities, real estate, etc.
This position plays a key role in ensuring that their employees work productively and comfortably wherever they are.
In addition to day-to-day operations such as support for PCs and system environments, we also take charge of joint work with overseas. A variety of technologies to solve problems in a timely manner, meet employee expectations, build good relationships, ensure data safety and transparency, and continuously improve service.
The Successful Applicant
-Those who have more than a few years of experience supporting IT environment with help desk, on-site support, troubleshooting, etc.
-Knowledge of Microsoft technology and experience in dealing with troubles such as experience with O365 and Windows 10 OS .
-Basic knowledge and experience regarding network skills, cloud technology, and security are more desirable.
-Excellent communication skills such as English ability to communicate with overseas members in London
-Fluent Japanese to provide support in Japanese
