It is one of the largest multinational consumer goods companies with 2000+ employees in Japan. They are a very well-established company which is famous for investments in technology and having large tech lab. As part of 30+ member technology team you would be the key point of contact for CRM functionality.

Job Description

- Be a key business partner for CRM related solutions

- Manage global and local projects (CRM updates as well as upcoming new CRM implementation project)

- Support ongoing monitoring for CRM system

- Help creating relevant dashboards with incoming data from multiple CRM platforms

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidate would have following skills and qualities

- At least 5 years of CRM related experience

- Data management knowledge

- Project management experience

- Business level English and Japanese

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
