About Our Client

The bank has an online trading platform that empowers to invest across global financial markets.

Mainly engaged in Financial Instruments and Exchange Business dealing with securities trading, foreign market derivative transactions, market derivative transactions, and foreign commodity market transaction consignment agency, over-the-counter derivative transactions, and over-the-counter commodity derivative transactions based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.

Job Description

Job Description:

  • Working with the Global Service Desk team on user incidents/service requests in a professional manner.
  • Taking ownership of assigned cases and tasks while aiming to resolve them timely and efficiently.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting with users to achieve resolution of reported issues.
  • Provide remote support to users who are working out of office premises (E.g. Working from Home)
  • Communicate with IT teams based in HQ and India to provide production support:
    • Escalation of production and platform issues to responsible teams.
    • Tracking and follow up of incidents using service management tools and emails.
    • Preparation of incident report for regulatory submission using results from post-mortem investigation and root cause analysis.

The Successful Applicant


-Good written and verbal skills in Japanese and English

  • At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in IT Support.
  • Familiar with the usage of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Fault analysis and resolution of application issues related to Outlook, Cisco VPN, Microsoft Authenticator, Skype for Business 2016, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Hands-on experience on incident management tools like Service-Now.
  • Hands-on experience with supporting Windows 8 and 10 PCs.


  • Knowledge of networking essentials like TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS etc. is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of Wide/Local Area Networking concept is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of ITIL V3 is an added advantage
