As an IT Consultant with us, you'll be a key player in the implementation lifecycle, contributing to discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, you'll gather customer requirements, configure our cutting-edge solution, manage expectations, offer guidance, and contribute to our internal initiatives.

Job Description

  • Document and validate customer business requirements, aligning them with our solution's functionality.
  • Configure our application to precisely meet customer's documented needs.
  • Lead engaging consulting sessions and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Offer ongoing support, acting as a resource for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Play a pivotal role in internal initiatives and contribute to our solutions repository.
  • Participate actively in Continuing Education sessions and new release training.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in Time & Attendance/Rostering, HR, Payroll Software, or 5+ years in Software Implementation.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for effective business communication.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud computing and basic SQL.
  • Understanding of human capital management practices.
