職務内容
Responsibilities include:
* Basic onsite support
o Rebooting Wyse/PC/VDI
o Replacing batteries for wireless keyboard/mouse
o Mobile device apps support (installation, basic troubleshoot)
o Setting up desks [monitor,Wyse,PC]
o PC/Wyse build/rebuild
o Collecting/distributing hardware [headset/keyboard/mouse/web camera/cables]
o Setting up printers
o Documentation (Knowledge base (One Note/ServiceNow KB)
o Assist with the purchase of hardware/services
o Logging service tickets using ServiceNow
* Inventory management (monitor dashboard, updating ServiceNow data)
* Japanese/English (business level/native) verbal and written required
* Share work updates with manager and team
* Attend Weekly Team meetings
* Attend Monthly APAC meeting
* Meeting/Event support (Zoom/Webex/onsite)
* Visitor support - Setting up desks

Experience / Skills:
- Experience supporting the financial industry
- Knowledge of desktop hardware, telecom, multimedia, and prompt escalations
- Planning and organization - given the dynamic nature of the environment the candidate will need to be able to track the status of and complete multiple tasks simultaneously while working in parallel with the other Technology teams, Clients and Vendors
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Windows7/10
- Effective communication skills - The position requires the candidate to support both Japanese and English-speaking users
- Must be responsive and be able to efficiently document all working tasks and outstanding issues
- Teamwork - The position is the one most visible to the end users for their technical support; the candidate must be willing to help other teammates and to work together as a team to accomplish the daily responsibilities
