Job Description

・Discussions and business policy decisions from a legal perspective with the person in charge of each area

・Preparation and review of contracts, terms of use, etc.

・Legal review, consultation, and resolution of service planning and operation

・Establishment of a compliance system for appropriate and legal service development and internal development/training support ・Handling user inquiries/troubles, disputes, and lawsuits

・In the future, in cooperation with the person in charge in each country, confirm and follow up on the status of compliance and response to important laws and regulations/monitor the status of disputes and provide advice on necessary actions, etc.

The Successful Applicant

・Legal experience in an industrial company or working in a law firm (5+ years total)

・Experience advising management and business managers from a legal perspective and being involved in business policy decisions

・Experience in continuing to learn about the characteristics of the business and the latest laws and regulations, anticipating potential risks in the business in advance, and disseminating them internally through training and other means
