Job Description

  • Team Management: Lead a diverse team of Technology Specialist and Business Analyst
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors for the successful delivery of commercial technology projects.
  • IT Process Leadership: Coordinate and negotiate project priorities with global IT teams, ensuring regional employees adhere to global processes and guidelines.
  • Business Process Improvement: Work with regional commercial leadership to implement technology changes that enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
  • Project Management: Oversee regional IT projects, representing IT in other commercial business initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • CRM Implementation: Collaborate with global leadership to implement effective CRM strategies within regions, enhancing salesforce automation and processes.
  • Analytics and Collaboration: Define and manage analytics projects while enhancing the use of collaborative technologies within commercial teams and with partners.
  • Execution and Support: Ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives in assigned regions, and provide support and training for new systems as they are rolled out.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive continuous digital transformation by encouraging technology adoption and mentoring regional change champions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial reporting, analytics, and IT project management.
  • Experience in team leading or management.
  • Business level Japanese and business level English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively. Experience with tools such as Salesforce.com, Boomi, and Tableau is a plus.
