This is an IT business analyst role working closely with relevant IT organisations, assisting in the process of IT transformation.

Job Description

  • Understand business requirements and follow up with relevant functional IT organisations and feedback about solution or alternatives).
  • Perform testing, documentation, issue tracking, data analysis for implementation and deployment support for IT transformation projects in R&D.
  • Define, plan, and lead the execution of local projects and provide application support for local tools.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the business processes and develop to-be processes from as-is processes, coordinating with business users
  • Coordinate with project managers to help enforce Systems Development Life Cycle standards and required regulations to projects.
  • Develop necessary documents.
  • Conduct or assist training and provide resources for application users and team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent Japanese (written and verbal)
  • Business level English (written and verbal)
  • Business/process analysis experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as needed to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience handling multiple projects/tasks in a wide range of sizes at one time.
  • Experience of IT solutions in Pharmacovigilance or R&D/Medical space
