Manage maintenance contracts for the support and maintenance of internal systems.
Maintain internal infrastructure (desktop network), application and software to latest releases, as well as software licenses to ensure proper legal operation.
Maintain privacy and all legislation that is relevant to the storage of sensitive information.
Provide staff support via a structured escalation procedure for 24 hour support.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
3 years of experience with IT systems (support & management)
Business level English and Business level Japanese
Solution driven mindset
Experience as an internal System Engineer would have an advantage.
Annual salary of 5-6.5M yen.
