Japan is their most successful business in the Asia-Pacific region and they are expanding operations here. The Tokyo office is a very international office, working closely with teams located all around the world to deliver their platforms and systems to a very large customer base in Japan.
- Responsible for providing level 1 support for FX Trading, Investment Banking, etc.
- Identify problems users are facing and escalate it to the team manager or responsible teams.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
- Experience in IT customer service, or application support.
- Understanding of FX Trading, Investment Banking, and similar systems.
- Team player and has a growth mindset.
- Fluency in Japanese and high conversational Japanese.
- Experience or knowledge of financial services is NOT necessary.
- Salary up to 6M yen.
