We are looking for an IT Admin Network Staff to support and manage network infrastructure in a dynamic, global environment. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work twice a week and flextime.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and internet systems.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Support and troubleshoot hardware and software related to network infrastructure.
  • Analyze and improve network efficiency through proactive maintenance and adjustments.
  • Assist in website performance monitoring and conduct validation work to maintain uptime.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Japanese proficiency and business-level English skills.
  • Strong knowledge of networks and Cisco products.
  • Preferred: CCNA/CCNP certifications, ITIL, or other network-related certifications.
