  • ITインフラとアプリケーションの管理・運用を主導。
  • ビジネスニーズに応じたIT戦略の立案と実施。
  • ヘルプデスク対応やトラブルシューティングの実施。
  • グローバルチームやベンダーとの連携を強化。
  • デジタル変革プロジェクトの推進と効率化支援。



The Successful Applicant

  • ITインフラ（ネットワーク、サーバー等）の管理経験。
  • ERPやCRMシステムの導入・運用経験。
  • チームマネジメントやプロジェクト管理能力。
  • ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語スキル。
  • 小売業界でのITサポート経験があれば尚可。
