The IBMO helps to ensure that the downstream functions can perform their processes with as little additional data verification and cleansing. IBMO colleagues are focused on performing a set of T0/T1 controls that cover trade attributes, valuation and risk production while providing service to internal and external counterparties. They also continue to provide a critical role in supporting business execution and market initiatives in what can often be a challenging and complex environment. The teams remain aligned to the respective businesses and provide support in all regions.Job DescriptionOverall purpose of role:Developing and maintaining existing Microsoft Office suite tool that is available in the team by working closely with the team member on requirement and will be expected to self-service on the solution. This includes complex VBA macro written over Access and Excel which serve the team daily complex process in Middle Office.Key Accountabilities:Role holder will be expected to cover technical part for developing and maintaining Microsoft Office suite tool in the teamThe role holder will get involved in the user requirements gathering, development of the tool and planning for the testing related to the above functions.Role holder will be required to support an environment within IBMO where 1) people can work with pride 2) people can work proactively having common visions and 3) implementing automation/lean to reduce routine manual processThe Successful ApplicantBackground in product knowledge of financial instruments - Macro (Bond, FI Derivatives, FX), Cash and Equities (Cash, Derivatives, Structured)Literate on latest Microsoft Suite, Power AUtomate, Power QueryStrong VBA for both Excel and Access.
