職務内容
- Partner with KOLs and Medical Doctors to lead collaborative clinical research programs
- Oversee delivery of plan of studies performed through external partners
- Monitor progress, identify and solve operational issues
- Contribute to the setting up of a new organization within the company
- Manage project resources and timeline as well as stakeholder relationships
理想の人材
- University degree, preferably in medical or biological sciences or discipline associated with clinical research. Advanced degree is preferred
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or CRO industry
- Familiarity of clinical operations, project management tools and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of process improvement methodology
- Evidence of developing partnering skills
- Native level Japanese
- Business level English
- Experience in communicating and managing relationship with doctors
