The Employee Communication & Relations Specialist will focus on fostering positive relationships within the workforce of an industrial/manufacturing organization, while also promoting the company's image and values. This role is integral to the Marketing & Agency department, where the individual will have the opportunity to enhance internal communication strategies and improve employee relations.

職務内容

  • Develop and manage internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment.
  • Oversee internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and engagement platforms.
  • Plan and execute employee events such as town halls, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR, management, and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts.
  • Establish frameworks for diversity and inclusion (D&I) and disability employment initiatives.
  • Address workplace concerns, such as harassment cases, with professionalism and provide actionable solutions.



理想の人材

  • Holds a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in employee communications, HRBP, or employee engagement.
  • Skilled in event planning and managing large-scale communication meetings.
  • Proficient in Japanese labor laws and workplace regulations.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English at a business level.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Shows enthusiasm for creating and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Experienced in project management and system implementation.
