Job Description

  • Execute audit engagements from planning to reporting
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls
  • Collaborate with global audit teams and regional stakeholders
  • Identify control gaps and emerging risks
  • Maintain detailed workpapers and communicate audit findings
  • Stay updated on relevant regional regulatory developments

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years audit, compliance, or finance experience in financial services
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA, CFA, FRM or similar certifications
  • Familiarity with Japanese regulatory environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in both Japanese and English
  • Experience with data tools (Excel, Alteryx, SQL, Python) is a plus
