Our client is the multinational provider of software products for IT security, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, mobile security, data security and security management. They have more than 70 offices worldwide.
- Prospecting and hunting for new customers and be a critical part of New Customer growth for the market you support.
- Working closely with Marketing and Channel teams to define and execute new customer lead generation campaigns and programs.
- Qualifying prospect leads to discover information (Budget, Authority, Needs, Time line).
- Managing assigned leads and follow up within 48 hours.
- Making outbound calls to prospects for the purpose of qualifying leads from new marketing initiatives and targeted contact lists.
- Handling inbound chats via our website and ensure customer's requests are being responded to timely.
- Self-starter with high energy level
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to manage time, leads, and produce results
- Passionate about technology
- Proficient computer skills
- Team player
- Prior Telemarketing and/or Sales experience
- Prior experience in IT/Security - advantage
