職務内容
- Deliver and exceed revenue targets and other KPIs for the Mid-Market sales team
- Create and maintain a strong sales culture focused on performance and positive Merchant experience
- Conduct 1-1 coaching to continuously improve sales capability and develop growth mindset in the sales team
- Drive sales discipline including performance & pipeline reporting through team meetings, 1-1s and performance management process
- Attract and retain talent by focusing on personal career development
- Develop and execute against the Mid-Market sales strategy by working closely with other business leaders
- Work with other internal teams such as Demand Generation, Account Management, Channel Partner, Risk, Compliance and Marketing to optimize sales process efficiencies
- Work closely with regional and global teams to share and implement best practices
理想の人材
- B2B sales leadership and B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in building successful sales teams, ability to coach and inspire others
- Performance and results driven, able to analyse business performance to make good business decisions and take actions to capitalize opportunities
- Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
- Strong personal presence
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, eCommerce and payment industry experience preferred
