About Our Client
Our client is Europe based world leading security software company, recently focusing on the cloud business. They have over 50 people in Japan.
- Drive inside sales of all product by identifying, developing, and securing all relevant sales opportunities.
- Responsible to sell product and services to customers.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential account; soliciting new accounts; building rapport, providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
- Closes new sales/accounts by answering telephone, email inquiries, verifying and entering information.
- Actively solicit for all leads and direct sales opportunities, referring leads as appropriate, and updates all sales opportunities onto Sales force.
- Maintain and updates customer records using Sales force.
- Daily engagement with distributors and Re-sellers and follow up on purchase orders.
- Work closely with distributor, Re-sellers, Sales manager and Sales Engineers to ensure sales closure.
- Provide support as required to the Inside Sales Manager.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent Japanese and limited business English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate product's different features, and answers any questions customers might have
- Knowledge on Sales force is preferred.
- Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills
- Team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies
