About Our Client

The Company is a global leading business in hardware and software solutions for distribution and logistics market.

Job Description

  • Together with Sales utilising the company CRM to populate all Customer contact and project details
  • Manage inquiries and follow up lead and generate quotations for customers
  • Liaise with Order Processing, Manufacturing and Engineering at our many overseas affiliate companies and as well as our 3rd party product partners to fulfil Customer's order contract, inquiry requirement or general requests
  • Product technical, performance and selection recommendations for Customers' application and specification requirements
  • Management of Customers' order contract documentation requirements and generation & submission of Vendor Documents as required
  • Handling of warranty and/or product performance issues
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, trade shows and exhibitions as required
  • Participate in improvement programmes

The Successful Applicant

  • Good customer service, people skill and strong interest to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Previous experience with inside sales, cold call, customer service, telesales
  • Products experience within B2B or IT sectors
  • English is not a must but would be nice to have
