職務内容

  • Manage a team of software engineers and oversee the development, modernization, and migration of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful project completion.
  • Provide mentorship and career development guidance to team members.
  • Formulate and implement software engineering strategies through participation in strategic planning.
  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
  • Monitor and optimize resource allocation, schedules, and budgets for projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.

理想の人材

  • Experience: 8+ years in software development and leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years in software engineering project management.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (Japanese skills are not required)
  • Modernization Focus: Proven experience in system migration, upgrades, and modernization projects within the insurance sector.
  • Technologies: Expertise in Ingenium, PathFinder, ProductXpress; hands-on experience with DB2, COBOL, JCL, Java, CSS, HTML, and JSP.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work across different time zones, including US and Singapore.
