職務内容
- Support, manage and implement infrastructure projects and solutions
- Act Level 2 escalation by analysing the causes of trouble shooting, incident resolution and service request.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and service providers to carry out technology projects and store openings etc.
- Track and manage IT hardware, software updates and maintenance updates
- Identify and implement improvements of IT infrastructure

- Business level of Japanese and English
- More than 5 years IT infrastructure solution experiences
- Public cloud support experience such as AWS and Azure
