Job Description

  • Oversee infrastructure team resources, tasks and the installation of hardware and software in new stores.
  • Take charge of IT projects related to store and office openings, relocations, events and stores as program manager.
  • Provide education and support within the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • PERMISSION TO WORK IN JAPAN
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, proficiency in Japanese preferred
  • 9 + years of experience in the IT industry
  • 3+ years of IT Management involvement and customer/ end user relationship, including direct accountability for performance evaluation
  • 2+ years of robust IT program, project management expertise, hands-on experience with hardware, networking, and peripheral installation and support
  • Background in the retail industry is preferred.
