- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards the company's mission.
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Proven working experience as a Call Center Manager.
- Experience in providing customer service support.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- COPC qualification is an advantage
- Candidate has a native level of Japanese
- Shift work from 9:00-17:30 or 11:30-20:00
