Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for the life science department.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and perform risk management for supply contracts.
  • Drive process improvements in the procurement and supply chain department.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of supplier information and performance metrics.
  • Comply with all relevant regulatory and company policies.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide procurement insights when required.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Experience in strategic buying and indirect procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of the life science industry is a big plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
